Install was simple and quick, especially after moving the seat all the way back. My 3-cell D battery Mag-Lite fits snugly in the holder. One thing to keep in mind - the flashlight is not accessible while the door is closed. There's not enough room to reach down and pull it out of the holder unless you open the door.
