I've been using this rack for almost a year and it's exactly what I needed. It is not only competitively priced along side other brands of platform racks, but it works perfectly on a Wrangler. I've used this rack with many bikes and they all worked. I often carry my XL 29er mountain bike with my dad's 55 lb mountain ebike. I like that this rack doesn't clamp down on the carbon fiber frame, but it holds it by the wheel and tire. I have 33in tires on the Jeep and there is plenty of room for much much larger sized tires, and I like that the rack easily folds down to acces the rear gate. There are a couple spots where rain can cause some rust, but I've been touching it up with some textured black spray paint.
This is the rack you need if you have a Wrangler and a mountain bike.
