Reviews for WARN VR EVO Series Winch
Waited 2 months for delivery. Bach ordered not Quadratic fault.installed on quadratic winch ready bumper. The only mounting issue was that little canister on driver side frame on 2016 jk. Had to relocate it about 1 inch. Other than that it was easy. This winch is awesome. Stays cool and its beefy as he'll. You want regret buying this. Its replacing a quadratic stealth that I had issues with.
One of the best winches I have ever had. I use this for a trailer winch to move logs, a lot of heavy logs that are a couple of tons onto a car trailer. It just shines. I did hard wire it to my truck as the Marine Battery was not enough to handle it. This thing has not failed me and it is a fast winch, hardly needs a break after dragging/moving 2-3 ton logs. I would highly recommend this. the Wireless feature is really nice as well.
Awesome
After 1 year of moderate to heavy use I do have to say I didn't expect anything less from Warn. I would definitely recommend this winch to anyone, its great winch for the price point as well.
What can I say but awesome. Warn done it again. What a great product.
Great winch.
Great winch. High quality.
super easy to install if you think it through
I took me 3 times to get winch plate mounted lol
first time bolt it up realize I cant get the fairlead on the plate with the winch mounted take it all back apart
put it back together with the fairlead realize the winch is backwards on the plate take everything back apart
3rd time was the charm everything went on wiring was easy I went through an already existing hole on my tj where the ac lines go through
I have had the same Warn 9,000 pound winch on my jeep for the past 15 years and it still does what it was designed to do!! Built to last a life time!!
Love it.
Wireless remote, fast line speed ( if you use a winch twice you find that you do care) and easy install! I plan to swap to synthetic line when the cable is at the end of life but the cable sits for a long time with worries of UV.
I believe any brand winch can fail, but I have had better luck with Warn winches and I’am confident it work each time I need to pull cable for for the guy at girl that didn’t bring a Jeep out.
