Installed on a 2019 JLU on Saturday March 13.2021. Description says allow for approx 3 hours to install and it took two of us about 8 hours. Some bolts are difficult to access and we were unable to loosen a few as suggested simply because we could not get to them without taking much more apart than necessary. Instructions provided were not very detailed and more difficult than should be to understand. Most difficult part of install was getting everything torqued to spec with vehicle sitting level on ground with everything put together. Factory sway bar end links have Allen head fitting forged into thread on top connection, AEV replacement requires an open end wrench . Definitely a 2-man job to install and most of a day to install properly.

Excellent product. Very good quality. Fitment is perfect and somehow easy to install.
I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the only negative issue I found is, like others already griped about, the shock extensions are not marked Front / Rear, and installation gets confusing. The thicker ones are front.
Jeep rides and drives like stock, just 2" taller which is the perfect stance for this vehicle, IMO.

Very high quality & made in the USA. I was impressed by the hardware and manufacturing, but the instructions are terrible. For instance, they tell you to loosen the rear control arms and retighten them when you're done, except you can't because the wheels and bump stop spacers will be in the way. Renting coil compressors from the local auto parts store helped too. If you're a rookie like me it will be tough to install (any spacer will) and expect to need a second person to help.
