Will this fit a JL with a rugged ridge spartacus bumper installed?
Unfortunately we have not tested it's use. It would be expected that to get them both to fit, some minor trimming maybe required. Sorry we cannot definitively state. Thanks for your inquiry.

Will this fit with the QRC front bumper offered? The stock skid plate on a Rubicon doesn't work because of the winch plate in the bumper
On JL models, the Quadratec JL Sway bar skid plate does have enough clearance when used with the QRC JL winch ready bumper. That is not the case for JK owners as they are a closer tolerance that interferes but for JL, you can use the two with one another. Thanks for your inquiry.

Testing with the Mopar steel bumper groups has not been performed, but with removal of the OE style skid, it appears those mounting points will be free to mount our sway bar skid. Thanks for your inquiry.

Yes, this skid plate does replace the factory splash guard.
