Reviews for Quadratec Modular Winch Ready Front Bumper for 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK
I love this bumper! It's clean, simple, and modular. I'm running it as a stubby bumper, and I love the way it looks. It fits my winch perfectly and gives me a place to mount my aux lights. Some of the other reviewers have mentioned the mounting bolts having some coating left on them, mine threads were pretty clean after I removed the tape that was covering them. The hardest part of the install was removing the factory bumper. Highly recommend!
Fresh install but pretty straight forward. Hopefully a good and reliable winch.
Good bumper, packaged very well. Easy to put together, easy to install did it my self no help. Only issue was with the mounting bolts, I recommend running a brush or die over the bolts as there hard to thread due to the coating. (Bolts that go to frame of jeep) Warn Evo winch fit perfectly. Looks good, time will tell on the finish.
I like the fact that I can reconfigure setup and look depending on what type of terrain I decide to travel on.
If is possible to mount this bumber on a 2020 Jeep Wrangler JL ?
Mounting the bumper was pretty easy. I just took my time and still completed it in about 2 hours. I will say the mounting studs did give me some trouble. So run a die over them or wire brush to clean some of the coating off.
Anywhere any time. bring on the adventure. This was a really easy upgrade. A few bolts and couple of wires! BAM. Just remember to get the position "running lights" wire extensions. they make this so easy!
Very impressed with this bumper. Great quality product
is a super good deal
Just received and installed the modular bumper and Q10 winch with synthetic line. Product delivery was quick and packaging was undamaged. The included instructions were great and had no difficulty following them. Make sure you had a deep socket for the stock bumper removal. I installed the winch while the bumper was on the ground and it was easier I think. Just make sure you have a helper to position the bumper to bolt on. I have only run the winch to re-spool and pre-tension the cable but the corded and remote functions both worked like they should.
