Installation was easy. Guards look like they came with the Jeep. Good protection, big step up from the exposed metal that gets scuffed up much faster than you think it will.

Nice entry guard. Looks great and provides a nonslip surface for those climbing into the back of a two door JL. It'll save some paint too. Make sure you have it placed where you want it when the tape is exposed. Its not coming back up to adjust position. Squeeze it lengthwise and make sure its fully against the the back of the threshold before you let the tape down.

Easy installation, works as they should.

Easy to install, three strips of tape pre-installed on product. There will be some overlap of the guard and the plastic mounding piece towards the back of the Jeep. As seen in pics (sarge green, pics uploaded separately) Interested to see how long they last. Doors close without issues.

I have to echo one of the other reviewers. It says to use 3M brand 06396 Adhesion Promoter. They could have included this for very little money. I would have been happy to pay the difference. Now I have to order this and wait. If you are going to order these think about ordering the Adhesion Promoter in advance, if you want to insure these guards stay put for a long time.

The instructions specifically say to use a 3M bonder with the tape on the back of the guards. The problem is that this is not included and cost me an additional day to order from Amazon and an extra $13.00. Not very happy considering they were on sale and I thought they would be better but less expensive than other brands listed. Not working out that way. Now I have to wait an additional week to have time to complete the install.
