Paramount Automotive Canyon Front Bumper for Jeep Wrangler & Jeep Gladiator

Hey Rob here for Quadratec.com. Today we're checking out the Canyon series front bumper from Paramount Automotive designed to be compatible with both the older 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JKs as well as the newer 18 and up Jeep Wrangler JLs and of course the 20 newer Jeep Gladiator JT. The Canyon series front bumper features a clean design with a stout construction and because of its narrow stubby width, well it's aimed to give you the most extreme clearances when you're hitting the trails. It features a heavy-duty four millimeter thick plate steel construction that's press brake formed and fully welded and then finished off in a fine texture satin black powder coat finish to not only protect it from corrosion but help it match a lot of the other finishes found around your Wrangler and Gladiator from the factory. The Canyon series front bumper is backed by Paramount Automotive's lifetime structural warranty. Now right here in the center of the bumper you'll see it features an integrated winch plate designed to carry up to a 12,000 pound capacity winch and it tucks that winch down nice and low between the frame rails to keep your radiator nice and open allowing plenty of cool air to flow past that radiator keeping your engine running at the appropriate temperature. Now just in front of our Quadratec stealth Q-Performance Series Winch i've got the optional Paramount Automotive Aluminum Hawse Style Fairlead installed and then just in front of that of course we've got a Factor 55 UltraHook finishing off our winch package. As we move on the outside of the bumpers here you'll see it features a nice bump out design that's going to add some additional protection to both corners of the bumper that extends all the way around and down below the bumper and just up on top of that bump out well we've got two heavy duty recovery points designed to accommodate 3/4 inch d-ring or bow style shackles with a 7/8 inch shackle pin. I really like how they moved these recovery points instead of here on the front of the bumper up to the top of the bumper again to maximize your approach angles so you can get up nice and tight to those difficult obstacles when you're out on the trail. If we move down below the bumper here you'll see this bump out extends down and it features a bolt-on additional cap here that covers up the lower portion of both frame horns and that allows the center portion of the bumper to be tucked up nice and tight again with the idea in mind to give you the best approach angles and highest level of clearance when you're hitting the trails and just in the center of the bumper here we've got a great laser cut Paramount logo flanked by some vents on each side for some additional airflow. Paramount also offers a matching rear bumper as well as rock sliders in their Canyon series lineup.
