Hey Rob here for Quadratec.com. Today we're checking out the Advantage Sports Rack Bedrack Elite 2 Bike Rack for the 2020 and newer Jeep Gladiator JT. This rack is an ideal way of bringing along two bikes right here in the bed of your Gladiator. The rack itself can be installed and removed when you're finished with it in just a matter of minutes and requires no modifications to your truck bed. The Advantage Sports Rack Bedrack Elite 2 Bike Rack utilizes a very universal style mounting design that holds it in place right here near the front bulkhead of your Gladiator's truck bed. It uses these four adjustable tension rods along with locking wing nuts and these tension cups on each side to simply apply pressure to both sides of the inside of your Gladiator's truck bed keeping the rack in place right up here against the bulkhead, that means you can install it and remove it with absolutely no tools required and it's going to be compatible with or without a spray in or drop in style bed liner. Now the actual cradle for your bike here is adjustable on the rack so you can fine tune the specific placement of your bikes when they're here in the bed of your Gladiator and with multiple pivot points and adjustment you should be able to bring along a wide variety of different style and size bikes up to a maximum tire size of a 700c or a 29 inch tire. Because of the design of the actual tire cradles themselves you should have no problem bringing along a road bike with a very narrow tire all the way up to a fat tire bike with a maximum tire size of 4.8 inches. Now getting your bike installed into the cradle is as easy as simply opening up the ratchet straps sliding your bike's front tire into both the upper and lower cradle. As you can see the upper arm is on a pivot to accommodate those different size tires then we'll simply strap both the upper and lower cradles in place around your tire to secure your bike on the rack. Now as I mentioned the Bedrack Elite 2 Bike Rack does feature a very universal mounting style so it is capable of being adjusted and opened up in the center of the rack all the way from a minimum size of 44 and a quarter inches to a maximum 62 inches wide, so while it's just as at home right here in the back of your Gladiator it should fit in many similarly sized pickup trucks just as well. In fact it even works great on the floor of your garage or shed as a portable bike stand.
