While Sunday's weather proved quite rainy and cold, well at least for this time of year anyway, it didn't keep area Jeep lovers - including moms - from attending a special Mother's Day edition of Jeeps & Java at Quadratec's West Chester, Pa. headquarters.
Maybe it was because all Jeep Moms received an extra four free raffle tickets. Or, maybe because Jeep moms are just as dedicated to their rigs and want to show them off. Either way we were pleased to see a filled parking lot despite the not so pleasant weather!
Once again, there were all kinds of Jeeps filling up the Quadratec parking area - from old school Willys to new JL Wranglers, XJs, WJs, and WKs. Stock to lifted with all kinds of parts. So if you haven't made it out to a Jeeps & Java yet, not only do you get donuts, coffee and a shot at raffle prizes, but you can check out tons of different Jeep builds and talk with those who may have already done what you are planning on your Jeep.
Thanks to everyone who came out and spent time with us, as well as this month's event sponsor Napier Outdoors. Also, a special thanks to all those who donated to the various organizations we've partnered with for this year's Jeeps & Java events:
- Shriners Children's Hospitals of Philadelphia
- Providence Animal Center
- The Michael Strange Foundation - Voices for Silent Heroes (Benefits families of military service men & women)
- Canned Food Drive - 93.3 WMMR's Preston & Steve's Camp Out for Hunger
Our next Jeeps & Java event is June 17 - a Father's Day celebration - at our West Chester, PA headquarters. Hope to see you there.
