November brought back a crowd after taking a month off during October, which is when we hold our annual Quadratec Tent Sale, a much larger gathering. This was our final event to collect food donations for the 93.3 WMMR's Preston & Steve's camp out for hunger campaign and the Jeep community rolled in in full force. Together, throughout the entire Jeeps & Java season, the Jeep community along with Quadratec, raised over 2000 pounds of food to donate. We are very proud of our community and the way you all contribute; we couldn't ask for better people to join us in our endeavors. The food drive, however was not the only focus of these events, we were also honored by the founder of The Michael Strange Foundation, Mr. Charlie Strange, who presented us with an AWESOME hand-crafted Michael Strange sculpture, thanking each and every Jeeper who came out to these events all year. This gratitude was not just for showing up early on Sunday mornings with a cool ride, the gratitude was for the continued support these event goers put forth, selflessly donating to such a worthy cause. The Michael Strange Foundation provides much needed care and support for so many families of heroes that have given their life defending the freedoms we hold so close to our hearts. We are honored to be part of something so meaningful.
Stay tuned for our final event of the Jeeps & Java season, where we will be teaming up with the Toys-For-Tots foundation on December 18, 2016.
