I bought this jeep completely stock, and have done all the modifications myself. I began with putting a 4" Fabtech lift kit on with 33 inch tires. I also added a two inch block lift in the rear and a leveling kit in the front from JKS (adding a total of 6 inches of lift).
Other modifications to the suspension includes quick disconnects from JKS. After the lift I replaced the factory fender flares with BushWacker fender flares. I replaced the front bumper with the four real steal bumper which carries two KC Slimlites, and a 8,000lb WARN winch.
I also replaced the old exhaust with a Borla exhaust system. On top of my jeep sits a roof rack from Olympic 4x4 which carries two spare tires and a Hi Lift Jack. And I also added a cb radio.
Future upgrades include skid plates, another set of KC lights, lockers, and an air intake/snorkel.
