This is my 93 XJ. The previous owner tried to trade this in during the cash for clunkers program... but since it wasn’t registered at the time, he couldn’t do it. It was on it’s way to the crusher when I spotted it on my friends flatbed (he tows junk vehicles). I bought it for $300. As you can see, the front end had damage. Though it’s on the road now (in time for the deep snow of Feb. 2010), it’s still a work in progress. All I’ve done to it so far is to make it road worthy ( straitened front bumper mounts that were bent and had the mount holes torn out). The bumpers that came with it are custom made, as are the rock sliders. The front bumper got a beef-up...that is I extended the mounts, so it will have more mounting points. It also came equipped with; off road lights, poweraid TBS, cold air intake, MSD ignition, 4:11 gears, 33 x 12.50 BFGs, 5in. lift, JKS quick discos, JKS track bar, skid row control arm skids, front and rear diff guards, clarion stereo, new radiator.
I have purchased, but still have to install; Bilstein shocks, front fenders from pick-a-part yard (already replaced the damaged hood, free), Bushwacker fender flairs, Terraflex 1-1/2 in shackles and coilspring isolator, new bushings. This Jeep made it through all the deep snow without a problem...I’m very happy with it. Thanks for looking, Kevin
