84 CJ-7 by Garrett R. of Chester, IL.

This is my trail rig/mudder. It is a 1984 CJ-7. We bought it for $600 and were originally going to use it for parts. It came with two motors, one good, and one bad, the guy couldn't remember which one was the good one. Both motors had been sitting out in the weather for months. My dad and I decided to put a motor in it one day, just to see if it would work, after getting the head redone and clean the acorns out of the block we had it running. The only thing we have really done to it is add a set of 33 inch Dayton Timberline MTs and a good rear bumper, and a full roll cage. I take it trail riding on our farm and sometimes take it mudding at a local truck shop that holds mud bashes every year.
