Here is my ongoing project: 1982 CJ 8. I got this from a friend while serving in the Navy and it has become my retirement project. I had to upgrade the brake system and still have much more to do. I will keep Quadretec in business as I plan to replace the body and frame, and ugrade the drive to a Dana 44 with still undecided transmission. The engine is a 93 4.0L with fuel injection and as a daily driver has averaged 23 – 25 miles per gallon (who would ever believe that in a jeep) . Plan to get this into ship shape and get it to a Jeep Jamboree and show it off.
