Functionally these flares offer increased wheel clearance of 2 inches, and are 1 inch wider than stock allowing for larger wheels and tires without extreme lift, so you can tackle obstacles on the trail.
These flares are injection molded TPE material, similar to the OE, and they are UV protected for durability and longevity. Flare kits include stainless steel mounting hardware. Backed by an industry leading 5 year limited warranty, these flares are made to last.

Is it possible to just purchase a rear driver side fender?

Front and rear flares extend how far (in inches) from the Jeeps body?
These are 11.5" for the front & 6" for the rear.

I have 2016 Hurricane Fender Flares, (2016), on my 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sport. They have faded from black to gray in time, and I would like to know what product you recommend that I could put on them to make them black again. Back in 2016, I was the winner of the Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival’s Ultimate Jeep Contest, and the flares were part of the big upgrade prize that I won.
