What is the weight limit and/or pull capacity of this product?

Does this use a 5/8" standard hitch pin? The description says 7/8" which is not a common hitch pin size.
5/8" Pin and clip sizing to secure it in any 2" receiver. The D ring pin size it will receive is 7/8". Thanks for your inquiry.
