1992 YJ - as a direct replacement will these line up with the original holes? I am confused as comments say they fit but the listing says you may need to drill holes?
No drilling is needed. Twist the rod end when removed from the box and firmly pull the rod ends wider to match your holes. They are collapsed some for shipping. They can be really tight, but they should be able to be adjusted.

Is the mounting hardware available to purchase? When I purchased my Jeep the sun visors had been removed along with the mounting hardware.
J4005969 is the screw for that but we do not have a supplier. Sorry.
