Does this work on a regular 2020 jeep wrangler? And I have a hitch but not the quadratec one that had the braket for the wiring, will this still work without that specific hitch?

Is this as simple as finding the plug in in the back of the car and voila’ I can tow with my Jeep? My model did not come with the wiring pre-installed. I have added a hitch receiver so far.
This wiring will use a factory plug all Jeeps are equipped with and will not require an added wiring harness prior to installation. Thanks for your inquiry.
