The 'Parts Included' description states a 'Cable to radio' but picture does not show. Please confirm that this cable is included.
Yes, the antenna lead that attaches to the radio is included, it measures 40-1/2" long and is straight on one end and 90° bend on the other.

What size nut fits on the antenna base to secure the antenna to it? Shouldn’t this nut come attached to the antenna cable?
There is no nut that secures the antenna. It simple pushes into the base and stays there once the base has been mounted.
