Do these screws come with the retaining metal? If not, what is the part number for the retaining metal on the bumper end caps?
The clip-nuts that are in the end caps are not serviced separately. They are only available with the end caps.

My factory rear bumper has flat caps. I want to switch to these. Will the push pin retainers work or do these end caps need these screws? Also is this for rear as well front bumper caps or just front as stated in the description?
The OE style end caps require these screws for a better attachment, they are used on both front and rear end caps.
