Sadly, this does not fit your Jeep Gladiator. It's about 4 inches too long. 55, 56 maybe.
The other thing to consider, you have to cover the hole that gives you access to your spare tire in the bumper.
The last thing, besides not fitting, there isn't a place behind the bumper where you can plug this in. The wiring would always be visible, as it plugs in to the trailer wiring outlet on your bumper.
