Rugged Ridge Tubular Side Steps in Black Reviews
Good price
Great looking steps and easy installation. Only draw back is when you are in a hard flex they rub the back tires slightly due to where and how they mount up. But still.work and look great. I'm 250lbs and they hold me fine.
Over all I am happy that they are installed.
The pros - They look good and hold weight.
The cons - The self tapping screws do not self tap - I had to buy a 7/16 tap and some bolts to thread into the frame.
- I avoided reversing the leaf spring bolt like the instructions say and cut the mount to fit around the leaf bolt, then drilled/tapped another hole towards the front of the hanger and used some nuts to be safe + since you can.
- After install, I realized the passenger side step was bent so its cockeyed, not terrible but noticeable.
- The instructions/photos are not the best
