These are far superior to any other LED dome lights on the market. These are brighter, don't flicker, and are easy to install. I don't know why FCI Jeep doesn't have this as a stock item on all their models?

does this include bulbs for boths front and rear dome lights ? and will it fit a 2013 jku?
No, an Unlimited would need RT28043. You can use this on the 4-door, but these only fit the rear dome lamp.

No this is just the rear lights.

Do these work for a 2011 4-door Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Shara?
No they will not. Your application requires RT28043
