Do these have DOT stamp?
Yes, it does.
Are the front side marker amber lights supposed to blink on an 83 CJ8 scrambler? I bought these look great fit well. But wasn’t sure if they were to blink. I posted in a CJ8 Facebook page and it seems to be 50/50 if they are to blink or not.
No, on CJ they are only used as side markers, the turn signal is on the front only.
