Electric-Life 95120 2 Door Power Door Lock and Keyless Entry Kit

I converted my daughters 99 wrangler TJ to power locks using this system. Overall I found this system to be extremely easy to install. Being this is the first time I’ve installed something like this it took longer than the stated 2 hours but overall easy. Everything works as it should and my daughter is happy to have power locks now. I put connectors where the door hinges so that she can still remove her door in the summer, which is something to consider if you take the doors off or think that you might. I got the connectors at tractor supply for less than 10.00.

Installed this kit in my 98 Jeep Wrangler and works like a charm.

This is a 2 part system. The power door locks are from Electric Life and the keyless entry system is from Micro, part# RRK5H. After researching a bit more, after i purchased this one, you can buy a solution which is all-in-one, simplifying the installation process without having to wire the power door lock relay module to the keyless entry control box, which i have still not been able to get to work.
The instructions that come with this are for a Chevy Silverado. No guidance on how to install this with any model Jeep. There are a few youtube videos out there but not specifically for this kit.
I personally would not spend the money on this kit.
