Upper and lower trim included?
This only includes the vinyl door panel. The upper metal trim pictured is not included. Thanks for your inquiry.

Does this come with the silver metal piece that holds the top of the panel on to the door? If not where can I get that?
No. That trim is OE part number J5757742 and it is not available from any of our suppliers. Sorry.
