Yes, this includes front and rear, left and right end caps.

1 Are there any attachment hardware which comes with this set of four (2 front/2 rear) end caps?
2. If not, what hardware is required and does Quadratec carry the hardware?

These use original equipment hardware to mount. 34201970 for end cap screws 1991-92 & 34201809 for 1993-96 are not currently available from Jeep, Crown or Omix. The nuts are 11503750, also unfortunately without a supplier at this time. Thanks for your inquiry.
