What is the difference between this short rear axle bump stop and the rear axle bump stop Crown Automotive Part #: 52040007? Does my 1995 yj jeep have both? Is one better than the other?
Yes there are two bump stops on each side of the rear. These smaller bump stops are found near the shackles. The larger bump stops are found on the frame near at the crown of the wheel arch.

What is the distance between the two holes? The ones I ordered on Amazon are about 5-3/4" on center. What I need is about 3" on center, so I'm guessing this is the correct part. Please confirm. Thanks...
This bump stop has standard hole and 1 slotted mounting hole that can accommodate from 3" to 3-1/8" centers.
