A cabin air filter cleans and freshens the air that comes into your Jeep. Your heater and air conditioner will be protected from contaminants and run more efficiently so you can breathe easier knowing your trapping dust, pollen, mold and allergens before they get into your Wrangler.
Most Wranglers came from the factory without cabin air filters, but you can install them easily in just a few minutes without the need for any special tools. We recommend replacing your filter about every 15,000 miles, or once a year.

Crown Automotive Cabin Air Filter Reviews
Good factory replacement, performs as expected.
These should be sold in pairs! I bought this thinking it would be great to replace my old one - only to find when I took the glove box out there are two of them in a 2012 JK!
