Crown Automotive J0999923 Accelerator Cable for 72-75 Jeep CJ with 6 Cyl

Giving this cable 4 stars as I have not yet installed it on the engine . I test fit it on the bracket on the exhaust manifold and measured the length of cable stick out on the accelerator pedal side . I believe it will be correct but won’t know for certain until installation . A later year aluminum intake and exhaust manifold set is currently on the engine and have only recently sourced an original two barrel cast iron intake to mate with the cast iron exhaust . I’ll either have to repair a crack in the exhaust manifold or replace before I assemble the two cast iron parts . But until then , the J truck intake will have to wait . It’s a perfectly good cable and I’m sure will be fine . But not having yet installed , I can’t yet give five stars honestly . Shouldn’t stop anyone from obtaining this cable as long as they have the correct application this cable is meant for , I’m upgrading from one barrel to s two barrel carburetor so just going by application . I’ve got a 1973 CJ5 so it’s supposed to fit .
