Description
You may feel that antifreeze, is antifreeze, and one bottle is the same as the next, but that is not the case. The automotive industry is always evolving and learning from previous generations and the Mopar HOAT Antifreeze is a product of that ingenuity. The Hybrid Organic Acid Technology (HOAT), protects the internals of the engine from rust and corrosion while the fluid courses through. For older engines this was not really an issue, but with new steel and engineering technologies, today's engines require a little more care. To prolong the life of the engine, use the recommended HOAT antifreeze that the factory uses.
Details
Hybrid Organic Acid Technology (HOAT) : Used at the factory and your local dealership as the recommended coolant to keep the Jeep engine running smooth, cool and corrosion free
Full Strength: This gallon has not been pre-diluted. Check owners manual for proper dilution and filling procedure prior to use.
5 Year / 100,000 Miles : Factory recommendation is to change your coolant every 5 years or 100,000 miles of travel to assure that chemical has not broken down and become inert or useless.

Questions
Carl Q.
My dodge Cummins requires HOAT anti freeze. My operators manual says to use HOAT ( Hybrid Organic "ADDITIVE" Technology. I have HOAT anti freeze but on the jug it says Hybrid organic "ACID" technology. Are they the same?
OAT stands for Organic Acid Technology. These coolants use organic acids and corrosion inhibitors and therefore, have extended service life. Furthermore, these extended life coolants can last up to 5 years. HOATs are called hybrids because they combine IAT(INORGANIC ADDITIVE TECHNOLOGY) and OAT technology. For instance, a HOAT coolant is a mix of an OAT or organic acids with a silicate, which is an IAT inhibitor making them great protectors of the aluminum engine and cooling system components. They are the same. Thank you for the question.
