CSF OE Replacement Radiator with Aluminum Tank Reviews
Nice looking radiator but none of the brackets line up with stock jeep specs. AC Condensor mounts, cooing fans mount, brackets near power steering bottle need grinding down to avoid contact. CSF may have been in business 45 years but they messed up this radiator with mislocated mounts, I bet they never test fitted one on a Jeep. I am still working on custom mount for my electric fan. There is nothing OEM about this project. This should have taken me an hour to install going on about4 hours with all the custom grinding and bracket building. Do not buy this radiator if you want an easy fix.
Just installed my new radiator on my 2013 jk wrangler unlimited. It was not as oem ready as I would have liked. The transmission cooler did not have a mount location on the left side of the radiator, just like the picture someone else posted. I had to make a bracket to hold that side. Also, the a/c line support that was mounted to the side of the oem radiator did not line up with the mount on the new radiator. It is off by about a 1/2”. Could not move the a/c lines back far enough without damaging them to mount to the radiator. Lastly, the lower transmission lines did not have a mount to hold them in place either. There is a flat aluminum bracket that looks like it will run through the lines over time. Filling the system now and testing. Hopefully nothing else will come up.
