Rugged Ridge 16735.09 Front & Rear 4" Braided Stainless Steel Brake Hose Kit for 92-01 Jeep Cherokee XJ

The lines work, but the brackets that came with them had to be modified.
1) The way they came, the brass fitting on the end of the hose that connects to the body had a D shaped pin that fit a D shaped hole in the bracket that was sent. The problem is, if you used them that way, you’d have to bend the hard line on the body 180 deg to connect them.
2) There was also no way to secure the D shaped pin in the D shaped hole on the bracket. I saw 1 E clip on the table I opened the parts bag on, but an E clip won’t stay on a D shaped pin. I ended up drilling the D shaped hole out to make it round, and putting the pin in the round hole, then using a hose clamp to secure the fitting to the bracket.
3) Also, the 2 brackets that were sent were identical, and they should have been mirror images for each side.
4) some extra clips were sent that were not used as well.
