Quadratec Maximum Duty Nitro 8.0 Front Shock Reviews
Don't know yet, cheap price?
Four out of Five stars to start. We'll see how they go:
So my 2000 TJ with 145,000 miles was getting a bit "Loosey Goosey" all around.Rack and a RTT as well. See's lots of off road use. I knew the shocks were spent, as well as the OME steering stabilizer. I figured I'd give these a try (set of 4 all around), and a Fox stabilizer. I don't know who makes these for Q-tec, but my first impression is they really tightened things up. Sway and roll back to normal. Graceful dips are soaked up well. Sudden jolts a little hard, but I went with the stiffer ntg. shocks on purpose for a reason. Together with the Fox stabilizer the rig is back to a solid feel on and off road. Now to see the longevity of them. ( that Fox stabilizer is the bomb over the OME [ Old Man Emu ] unit fo-sho !)
VERY stiff shocks. Ouch! You feel very bump but these are supposed to be a little firm anyway. You get what you pay for. For $44 it's not bad
