Do you need one for each locker or will the one control both separately?
This manifold accommodates up to 2 locker solenoids.

Is this necessary for the twin compressor to work?
Hello, it depends on what you are using your compressor for. If you are running air lockers, than I recommend purchasing this part. If you are only using your compressor tire inflation, than this is not necessary. Thank you for your question.
