Daystar KU09017BK Bump-Stop Kit in Black

Purchased for my 1996 Jeep Cherokee 4x4. The original have a tenancy for the rubber to separate from the metal bracket. This happened on one side and when my wife hit the ditch on muddy roads she over stressed one rear spring causing the jeep to lean and body roll due to the weakened/damaged spring. These Daystar seem much more heavy duty. Fitment is an issue, the holes are not the same distance apart. I solved this by using a saber saw and sawing metal away up to the black neoprene. Then used a small drill bit to ensure the hole was rounded. Used a larger drill bit and made a 1/4 moon at the bolt site against the neoprene. Then used a 5/16" diameter Stainless Steel washer, original bolts (with anti-seize) and a deep well socket to re-attach to the frame rail. Worked great.
