Will this work for 1998 TJ SE with no console?
Yes, it will. Console options have trimming to perform, but the carpet comes with material to cover all console options. Thanks for your inquiry.

I noticed most companies selling carpet for TJ's have one product for "short" consoles and one for "long" consoles. I have short console and want to make sure there is enough carpet to cover around the emergency brake?
It Comes with the material to cover both underneath. Anything that bolts to the floor must be removed to install. Thanks for your inquiry.
