Vertically Driven Products 793501 Overhead Sound Pods for 87-06 Jeep Wrangler YJ, TJ & Unlimited

Love/Hate... I like these pods, however, the speakers that come with them are awful! If you buy this product, purchase it with a plan to have the speakers replaced in the pods once installed. One thing I liked is that the lights can be pressed/clicked on and off. However, the bad side is that you have to have the lights selected to full bright in your Jeep to do so. I prefer to have my lights on dim at night to maintain my night vision and I don't like having to brighten up all my interior lights just to get to my pod lights. Also, the pod lights are dim. However, as far as I'm concerned, I actually consider that a plus. Perhaps there's a better way to install them in terms of only being able to get to the lights after you've turned up the interior lights to full bright? Aside from that, they look great and seem to fit with no problem. Love them with the new speakers I had installed.

These do not fit a TJ as the description says. None of the holes line up and require drilling through the rollbar to mount. I got it to work, but it doesn't fit correctly. If you're a novice repair person, this definitely isn't the kit for you.
