Hot mess. For 309.00 I had higher expectations. Die cut? More like die torn. Some edges had a finished border, others did not. Says made in USA, The USA doesn't want to claim this turd of a product. You are better off buying a few yards from Home Depot and making your own. A piece was missing as well. Steer clear.
