Bedrug Premium Carpeted Floor Covering Kit with Cutouts Reviews
Great Fit
Help a friend install his kit and was very impressed.
I have a 2006 Wrangler Unlimited, and when I bought it someone had removed the factory carpeting and applied a spray-in bed liner. So this is a perfect solution for replacing the missing carpet. The fit is very good, I like the color (matches well with my black Jeep w/ black & grey interior), and installation was pretty easy. Yes, you do have to unbolt the center console in order for the install to go more smoothly, but if you're installing it yourself & have reasonably proficient hands-on technical skills, it's no big deal. Definitely "dry" fit all of the pieces first, so you can see where you will need to make cuts and/or trim. In my case, I sanded down the sprayed-in bed liner & thoroughly cleaned w/ isopropyl alcohol in the areas where the hook & loop strips need to adhere. The completed installation really does look good. The material may be polypropylene (plastic), but the carpet pile looks & feels good and is far more resistant to mold and mildew than the factory carpet. Price isn't exactly cheap, but the pieces are molded for an exact fit, so I am happy with that.
