Installed easy. I did not get the bar to keep the top in the open position, but I ws easily able to set my a strap and clip to hold it open.
With a soft top, it is awkward because with the window down, you do not have access to put stuff on top of the enclosure, and lowering/locking in the back panel is not ideal....but it does add secure space, which is premium.

I'd give this 5 stars if it had been cut square. You can run it the other way to cover the entire top but I chose to run it like this, giving it a different look keeping the matte black sides of the lid exposed about an inch and a half. Then that gave us enough scrap to cover the front of the box when the seats are laid down. Looks tough as hell!
