Could replacing the hinges help with the tailgate rattle when I am driving?
That depends on if the reason for the rattling has been remedied. If it is just usual wear and tear that wore the hinges out, then yes this would help that. If you have oversize tires on the tailgate or any other additions that are adding stress, then this hinge would rattle in a short period of time as well. This is a factory replacement.
