Does this lens come with a gasket/seal?
This is actually more than the lens. This is the lens attached to the housing. On the rear are locations for the sockets for the factory wiring to connect to. You will need to reuse the 2 screws to attach to the main lamp assembly.

How is this high mount third brake light mounted.
This uses the original screws that attached the lamp housing to the inside of the liftgate and plugs into the wiring connection inside the liftgate shell

This is the tailgate mounted 3rd brake light. It is powered by the factory wiring harness
