The aluminum is easy to install and with the tow brackets much quicker than installing a base plate. You do have to extend the fog lights wires but that is not a big deal. A big plus for me is that you don't have to move the vac pump and it provides lower protection that you have to pay extra for with some pumpers.

Nice bumper. Looks good and the aluminum one is really light weight. One person installation. Installation instructions could use some help. No pictures. No indication of what the two cut outs are for (they come with two plastic plugs). Nothing to indicate that the wiring for the fog lights needs to be addressed (too short). I painted the bolt heads black as the silver was too much of a contrast. Hard to access the two inner nuts inside the bumper, but ultimately doable.
