Can you mount a winch on this bumper?
This bumper is not winch capable.
Is this flat black or glossy
It has a smooth and semi-gloss finish to it.
Does this front bumper have mounting brackets on it for fog lights?
Yes, there will be two tabs welded to the top inside portion of the tube, within the hoop, to mount fog lights to.
