Additional reinforcements and gusseting are added, as well as steel uprights. To finish off the manufacturing process, Bull Bars are steel shot blasted, bathed in a phosphate solution and powder coated to ensure a rich durable finish. ARB understands that a mounting system that is too rigid can cause damage to the vehicle during minor impacts, and conversely, a flimsy mounting system won't provide adequate protection during an impact.

I truly love this bumper! It came on my 1991 YJ and it fits great! it fits my 9k pound warn winch just fine a car ran into the driver side corner of the bumper only causing paint, and a very small rough patch of damage. i cant say the same for the chevy truck that thing was torn apart! their insurance covered frame, and axel/tire inspection with no issues the weld broke on the frame otherwise i would have a frame repair needed to be done.

A little disappointed when I received the font bumper because it came damaged on the corners. Quadratec customer service was an amazing help. Looks good!

Questions

Does this bumper come winch ready or are there additional winch plates that need to be purchased?
This bumper does include an integrated winch mount to accept most brands of winches.
Does this bumper support a 10' light bar
Yes, it will. There is approximately 12" between the light mount tabs.
