Can you tell me where this specifcally will fit? i need a liner for the bottom of the rear glass door on my 2016 JK hard top
This gasket is mounted in the hardtop running up each side and along the top where the liftgate closes on this seal. The seal at the bottom of the liftgate can be viewed in the following link. Liftgate to Tailgate Seal. Thanks for your inquiry.

Is this an OEM part (exactly what I would get if I went to a Jeep dealership to purchase), or is it an aftermarket OE part?
This and all parts listed with the MOPAR name and logo are parts direct from the factory and are OEM replacements. Other brands like Crown Automotive and Omix are aftermarket replacements.

No, this is the seal that goes between the hardtop and the rear glass.
