Upper Door Sliders feature a unique two-way, dual-window tracking mechanism, built into a rugged steel frame, surrounded by fabric. Each window contains a toggle latch for security and tinted tempered glass. Jeep Upper Door Sliders are sold in pairs and fit into lower steel doors. I have them on my jeep now and I love them, have to get more due to an accident while my jeep was in a parking lot. Great option to zipper style or rather, THE ONLY OPTION to be considered.

Will the Bestop Upper Door Sliders fit a 2008 Jeep Wrangler X
No, unfortunately, they are not even close in the type of pin alignment needed for proper fit. The thin rod style of older upper doors is so different from the JK upper door design, I don't feel a modification at all could really be pulled off to make them fit. Thanks for the inquiry.

Will tese fit a 1997 with factory hardtop and factory half doors?
These are designed for Soft Tops only!! Hardtops require a fiberglass( or similar hardtop material ) upper door to seal properly.
