Bestop 5282035 Trektop NX Replace-a-top Soft Top in Black Diamond for 97-06 Jeep Wrangler TJ with Trektop NX

It is a good replacement for my OEM top which was dry rotting ('97 TJ). It fits really tight which minimizes some of the wind noise and the side "flapping" of my older top. Goodbye to the old top frame/hardware too. The tinted windows are a nice option. Overall it looks good on my Jeep. With that said, it is very difficult to get on and off. So I basically leave the top and sides on all year round. Removing and replacing the rear window is a chore; and don't even try to reinstall the rear window (or sides) under 90 degrees--you need the heat to stretch the fabric so you can attach the zippers. That is a lesson learned when I ripped out one of my zippers in 65 degree weather, exactly when you would be putting the windows back in. I would like Bestop to come up with a velcro strap system so I could roll the back flap up and not have to completely remove/replace the rear window (just like my OEM top). Good news is I called Bestop and bought a replacement. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase.
